1. While Purchasing Property for single person: -

- According to the law of Nepal Government when a land/house is being bought by a Female, the Female will have to pay tax of 3%.
- According to the law of Nepal Government when a land/house is being bought by a Male, the Male will have to pay tax of 4.5%.

2. While purchasing Property for common name: -

- According to the law of Nepal Government when a land/house is being bought by a Male and Female Combined, the tax amount to be paid is 3.5%.

3. Capital Gain Tax while selling a Property.

- According to the law of Nepal Government, while selling Land/ House 5% of the Capital Gain is to be paid the government.
For e.g.: You bought a land for Rs. 50,00,000/-, while selling the land you sold it for Rs. 70,00,000/-.
Now capital gain Tax will be 5% of Rs. 20,00,000/-(70,00,000 – 50,00,000) i.e., Rs. 1,00,000/-
